All Dusky Lark orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you or your recipient are unhappy with an order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation thoughtfully.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your gift arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist. For items damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for carrier inspection and claim processing. We’ll ask that you email clear photos of the damage to info@duskylark.com so our team can evaluate the situation and determine next steps.
