Complimentary Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, any reference to free shipping on the Dusky Lark website or social channels applies to deliveries within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers.

PO Box Addresses

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to our studio as undeliverable, we will contact you by email with details regarding the return (for example: incorrect address, package declined, or not picked up).

When a return is due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we’ll request a corrected address before reshipping. Returned gifts are carefully repackaged in a new shipping box prior to re-delivery.
