OUR APPROACH TO CUSTOM & SEMI-CUSTOM GIFTING

1. Inquiry

Send us a message. We need as much details as possible: number of gifts, your budget, deadline and what kind of packaging and personalization you are looking for. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

2. Communication

You’ll receive a brief project intake form that helps us understand what matters most to you, allowing us to move forward with clarity and purpose on your custom gift.

3. Planning

After reviewing your completed form - including scope, budget, timeline, and customization needs - we’ll confirm next steps and provide a clear, personalized path forward.

4. Design Proposal

To get started on your custom design, we ask for a deposit (toward your order). It secures your spot, covers custom design work & mock-ups, and ensures every detail gets our full attention. We will present initial gift design proposals for your review.

5. Approval

After design approval, we’ll provide a final invoice based on quantities, shipping destinations, and any requested upgrades.

6. Production

We will handcraft your gift boxes and prepare them for shipment. Production time varies depending on the project type but is typically 2-5 weeks.

7. Free Shipping

We will pack the gifts to perfection, and send them straight to your recipients doorstep or to your office. We will handle all aspects of coordination, shipping/delivery and keep you up-to-date on the delivery status.
